so... i'm currently studying for my government test tomorrow... yeah, about that...


when i'm driven to update LJ, my work avoidance has reached epic proportions.

Looking back, that's 3 entries in one month, this hasn't happened since... Last March... crazy.

04:13 am: that's a big oops.
well, today I discovered that my bank statements are sent to me a month after they're current. this means that thw number I was using to base my idea of how much money I had at the start of this semester didn't have my spending for Christmas or fixing my car over the break taken out like it should have. I went from "no troubles" to "oh fuck, oh fuck, how can I stretch my money out until I can feasably get a job again?" in a single day. as a wise man (kinda) once said "isn't that lovely?"


moral of this story: always keep detailed records in your checkbook, bank statements are not to be trusted.

12:53 am: only my 20th entry in 2005, and very likely my last this year.

Kristin posted a list of books and bolded the ones she had read. i'm not sure where the list came from, but mostly to see for myself how many i've read, I went ahead and followed suit. I'd like to have read more from closer to the top, mine all seem to appear between 20-60
if I only bolded the title and not the by line its because I've read large parts of it, but not the whole thing.
